Allgemeiner Ablauf

  1. Zusammenstellen des Auftrages im Warenkorb
  2. Bestellen und Bezahlen
  3. Verpacken und Versenden der Teile
  4. Nach Erhalt Bearbeiten aller Teile gemäß Bestellung (bei Rückfragen melden wir uns)
  5. Nach Fertigstellung Rückversand gut verpackt in Ihrem Karton

Die Bearbeitungszeit beträgt in der Regel zwischen 7 und 10 Werktagen, kann im Einzelfall abweichen.

Bei dem Verfahren der Pulverbeschichtung wird die Schicht sehr gleichmäßig aufgetragen und es geht keine Farbe verloren. Umweltbelastende Lösungsmittel werden hierbei nicht benötigt. Zudem ist der aufgebrachte Pulverlack auch deutlich beständiger gegen mechanische Einwirkungen, da dieser sehr gute dynamische Eigenschaften hat. Es bilden sich viel weniger Risse als bei klassischen Lackierungen. Besonders auf Stahl / verzinktem Stahl und Aluminium wird die Beschichtungstechnik angewendet. Die Pulverbeschichtung hat sich in vielen Bereichen etabliert, denn sie ist robust, witterungsbeständig und hält stärkeren mechanischen Belastungen stand im Gegensatz zu traditionellen Lackierungen.

  • Flächen, welche nicht beschichtet werden sollen, müssen mit Filzstift markiert / schraffiert werden
  • Ggf. Kugellager, Buchsen, Schrauben, Dichtungen, jegliche Kunststoffteile entfernen

Assembled chair only to find that the lift cylinder was faulty. Would have preferred to be able to just get a replacement cylinder but calling China didn't seem like a viable option. Guessing which one & buying it online would involve paying for a good portion of what the chair cost. Customer service could only offer a replacement or refund. We're disassembling (so much fun?!) to send it back. The chair itself was very comfortable, assembled fairly easily and instructions pretty clear. Again, if we could only have asked the seller for the replacement part......**Update**...Or if the instructions that seemed so clear were clearer!, as we started to disassemble, we decided to see what would happen if the tension knob (see photo) was loosened. IT ALLOWED THE LIFT CYLINDER TO WORK. Not at all what the instructions say. At any rate, we're keeping the chair.
